Hill Auditorium Parking

Unfortunately, parking in down town Ann Arbour can often be tricky and there are sometimes delays. It is therefore advised that guests arrive in plenty of time to park for any events.

While Hill Auditorium has no dedicated parking lot, several parking structures and public lots are within walking distance. Below are some of the best options:

• » Fletcher Street Parking Structure (201 Fletcher St, Ann Arbor, MI 48109) – Located just a short walk from the auditorium, this structure offers visitor parking and is one of the most convenient options.

• » Liberty Square Structure (510 E Washington St, Ann Arbor, MI 48104) – About a 10-minute walk away, this parking structure is a good alternative if closer options are full.

• » Maynard Street Parking Structure (324 Maynard St, Ann Arbor, MI 48104): Located near restaurants and shops, this lot is an easy walk and allows you to explore downtown Ann Arbor before the event.

• » Thompson Street Parking Structure (650 S Thompson St, Ann Arbor, MI 48104) – Another great option, 10-15 minutes from the auditorium.

• » Ann Street Parking Lot (Ann St & Glen Ave, Ann Arbor, MI 48104): This smaller surface lot is ideal for shorter visits but fills up quickly on busy nights.

Street parking is available in some areas near the auditorium, but spaces are limited, and time restrictions may apply. Be sure to check signage for any parking regulations.

Valet parking is available for all Hill Auditorium performances on the Choral Union Series and the Handel’s Messiah concerts. Beginning one hour prior to curtain time, cars may be dropped off in front of Hill Auditorium . This service comes free of change for UMS donors at the Concertmaster level ($7,500 annually) and above.
